Inflation not expected to exceed initial projection
BELGRADE - Serbian Premier Zoran Zivkovic said Wednesday that the republican government this year,
given the new circumstances, expects GDP growth to be corrected from five to 3.5-4.5 pct, while prices are expected to increase 9-11 pct.
Explaining the proposed budget revision, Zivkovic said in the Serbian Assembly that of the total sum for the
functioning of the state union, or 41 billion dinars, most will be earmarked for the Army of Serbia and Montenegro.
