Voice of America about purchase of Sartid steel works
WASHINGTON - We expect great things from our investments in Serbia, John Goodish told the Voice of America
Wednesday following the agreement signed Tuesday on the sale of the steel works Sartid of Smederevo to the largest US metal processing company US Steel for 23 million dollars.
US Steel Vice-President John Goodish said that by purchasing Sartid the company expects to create a progressive firm and assessed that the economic environment was very favorable and that the government in Serbia is promoting the economic development of the country.
