Ivanisevic says price of bread should not have increased
PODGORICA - Montenegrin Finance Minister Miroslav Ivanisevic said on Wednesday that the price increase after the introduction of VAT was just the "initial shock which would be gradually regulated by the market itself."
"We have the right to check what is normal and what is not. Inland Revenue Service will make an analysis that will determine how justified all this price increase is," Ivanisevic told a news conference and added that "according to some calculations, the price of bread should have gone up by just three, rather than 15 cents."
