Banks in Austria and Germany not satisfied with privatization of their debtor
Law suits because of SARTID
Berlin - Consortium of banks that approved a credit of 100 million Dollars to Serbian SARTID Corporation, will enlarge a lawsuit against SARTID because of signed pre-agreement on sale to American US STEEL.
The banking circles in Germany will at the same time check possibility that complaint at procedure of sale of SARTID currently being under consideration of the Trade Court in Belgrade is also filed to some of competent courts in Europe.
In German banking circles it is said that the price at which US STEEL is going to by SARTID is ridiculous. They also claim that this sale is going to have negative affects on German-Serbian economic cooperation.
