Economic harmony for the Union by end of month
BELGRADE – Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic today announced the introduction of an action pan aimed at harmonizing economic relations between Serbia and Montenegro.
Speaking at the First National Summit for Competitiveness at Belgrade’s Sava Centre, Zivkovic explained that the plan, which was due to be adopted today but was postponed following PM Djindjic’s assassination, would now be introduced at the end of April.
PM Zivkovic Explained that the Serbian Government were keen to achieve economic harmony with Montenegro as soon as possible, in order to satisfy the conditions for the process of
stabilization and association with the EU.
He added that the government would remove all obstacles and create conditions enabling the development of competitive enterprises.
