Signing of agreement postponed for 15 days
KRAGUJEVAC - The signing of a contract between the Kragujevac car plant and the US company Nucarco on the founding of a joint firm Zastava Motor Works has been postponed for 15 days, the Zastava Group information service said Tuesday.
In the next 15 days Zastava Vehicles Group and the firm Nucarco will define all further activities relating to the realization of the contract, the statement said and underlined that Malcolm Bricklin, the owner of Nucarco has requested from Zastava's management that the conclusion of the contact take place 15 days later then originally planned.
