Montenegro to start implementing VAT on Tuesday
PODGORICA - The law on the value added tax will take effect in Montenegro on Tuesday, the Montenegrin Public Income Directorate said in a statement on Monday.
The Directorate said that the 17-percent VAT would replace the sales tax and that it would affect all stages of trade in products and services as well as import.
