Agreement on revitalization of Djerdap 1 hydro-electric plant
BELGRADE - Representatives of the Serbian Electric Power Company (EPS) and the Energomashexport company of Russia signed in Belgrade on Saturday an agreement on the revitalization of the Djerdap hydro-electric power plant on the Danube River.
This should increase the plant's capacities by more than 60 mega-Watts and secure the additional production of 100 million kilo-Watt hours of electricity each year.
