Montenegrin parliament opens debate on customs bill
PODGORICA - The Montenegrin parliament on Friday opened a debate on amendments to the customs bill, which should take effect on April 1.
Dragisa Pesic of the Socialist People's Party said that the bill clashed with the agenda signed between the governments of Serbia and Montenegro, envisaging a complete removal of the "customs line" between the two republics after three years.
