Vujanovic says Milosevic forced Montenegro to introduce own tariffs
PODGORICA - Montenegrin parliament speaker and former premier Filip Vujanovic reiterated on Friday that Montenegro had been forced to take over tariff competences from FR Yugoslavia "opposing the isolation of the Slobodan Milosevic regime, which sealed the boundary with Serbia" and left the Montenegrin market without all Serbian products "especially medicines and food."
Responding to opposition's criticism in connection with the determination of customs tariffs, Vujanovic said at the Montenegrin parliament that at the time Montenegro had received 70 percent of its food and 80 percent of medicines from Serbia.
