Press in Montenegro exempted from VAT
PODGORICA - The Montenegrin parliament adopted Friday an amendment to the law on VAT, exempting dailies and periodicals from this tax.
The amendment submitted by the Social-Democratic Party was supported by 38 MP's, 5 were against and 11 abstained.
