Former SFRJ successors demand $1.3 billion from Russian Federation
Former SFRJ successors and the Russian Federation have agreed that the exact amount which the RF owes to former SFRJ republics is $1.291 billion clearing dollars. From that amount 38% belongs to Serbia and Montenegro. There is not yet a consent concerning the exchange rate between clearing and US dollars.
For the Russian Federation a 1:1 exchange rate is unacceptable.
