Montenegrin press exempted from VAT
PODGORICA - The Montenegrin government on Thursday decided to exempt from VAT all dailies and periodicals issued by publishers registered in Montenegro.
A statement released after the session said that the government had also adopted a bill on ombudsman and sent it to public debate "as another important step towards the constitutional reform in Montenegro,
harmonized with the highest international standards and experience of the most developed countries."
