Polet Novi Becej privatized
The building ceramics producer Polet, located in Novi Becej, was privatized. The buyers are Toza Markovic, located in Kikinda, and Nasice Cement, situated in Croatia. Polet was sold by private tender for $12.5 million, and included an obligation upon the buyers to invest another $25 million in the company over the next 3 years.
