More decisive requests for financial aid from Europe, Bajec
BELGRADE - The accession of Serbia-Montenegro to the Council of Europe, announced for April 3, should be used to launch more decisive requests for financial aid from Europe, Economic Institute associate Jurij Bajec said Tuesday.
Underscoring that this country is entering a critical stage in the implementation of the reforms, in which financial support is important, Bajec told the presentation of the Konjukturni Barometar (Economic Trends) magazine that on the domestic scene, irrespective of the possible unsatisfactory results of the reforms, it is necessary to maintain the stability of the macroeconomic policy goals.
