Square-metre price of contracted flat amounts to 700 euros
BELGRADE - In the first half of 2002, the selling of 1,387 new-building flats was contracted, with a total of 93,868 square metres and an average square-metre price of 44,066 dinars (1 euro=about 63 dinars), the federal Statistics Bureau said on Monday.
Out of the total square metre price, 12,955 dinars goes for corresponding land development costs, 26,901 represents building costs, while remaining
expenses amount to 4,209 dinars.
