As of April, Serbia and Montenegro 45th member of the Council of Europe
Belgrade - The state union of Serbia and Montenegro is expected to be formally admitted to equal membership of the Council of Europe at ceremony on April 3 during spring session of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
The Council of Europe is the oldest European organization.
