Belgrade businessmen discuss new corporate law
Belgrade businessmen discussed possible options for a new corporate law at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. The Parliament of Serbian should adopt this Law by the end of this year. The Belgrade Chamber of Commerce considers that it is also necessary to adopt laws on bankruptcy, on inscription at the court register and on financial markets, to increase foreign small and medium direct investment.
