Less crude oil, more petroleum derivatives imported
According to the Federal Statistic Institute, crude oil imports during January 2003 in Serbia and Montenegro were 161,782 tons (45% less than in January 2002). The worth of crude oil imports was $35 million (17% less than in the same last year period). Only Serbia imported crude oil.
Imports of petroleum derivatives were 39,948 tons in this year January (221% more compared with January 2002). Montenegro imported 30,977 tons of petroleum derivatives and Serbia imported 8,971 tons.
There wasn’t any natural gas imported during January of this year.
