One in four Serbs lives from the grey economy
BELGRADE – According to the latest figures of G17 Plus, 24 per cent of the Serbian population lives off the grey economy.
The figures come from 51 municipalities, forty of them in central Serbia and eleven in Vojvodina, representing about 2.8 million people.
The most active areas of the grey economy, according to the research, are commerce, tourism and retail sales.
