There won’t be negative consequences for privatization
The Minister of Economy and Privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic doesn’t expect significant negative pressure on the privatization process in Serbia. Vlahovic thinks this year's privatization plan will be totally realized.
The Serbian government expects to privatize some of the largest and most significant industrial giants in the country: 2 tobacco producers, Beopetrol (a petroleum derivatives seller), the state owned capital in Mobtel (mobile phone operator) and, the privatization of 1,000 small and medium sized companies.
