Serbia expects EU, US, G7 understanding - minister
COLOGNE - The international community has strongly supported Serbia's unity in a further implementation of reforms and is ready to assist Serbia in these difficult times, after the assassination of Zoran Djindjic, Serbian Minister of International Economic Cooperation Goran Pitic said on Tuesday.
Speaking for the German radio Deutsche Welle, Pitic said that the Serbian government expected that understanding for the new budgetary and other needs would "normally, as always, arrive from the EU, hopefully from the United States and other big countries, especially G7."
