Serbia and Montenegro in Council of Europe by middle of year, Schwimmer
BELGRADE - Council of Europe secretary general Walter Schwimmer said in Belgrade on Saturday that the entry of Serbia and Montenegro into the Council of Europe was a question of the moment and that it would certainly happen in first half of the year.
Scwimmer, talking to reporters, assessed that apparently Belgrade is ready to cooperate with The Hague so that he sees no obstacle for Serbia and Montenegro to enter the Council of Europe.
