Kragujevac workers hit the streets in protest
KRAGUJEVAC - Several thousand Zastava Special Purpose factory workers from Kragujevac halted work today and filled the streets.
The protestors headed for the City Hall square, where they were set to issue requests to the local and republic governments.
They are demanding reimbursement of the state’s debt to them of 60 million dollars, accrued during the production of weapons previously manufactured and exported.
