Members of Workers' Resistance once again prevented from entering factory
KRAGUJEVAC - About 50 members of the technical security unit of the Zastava factory of Kragujevac, armed with water cannon, containers and German Shepherd guard dogs on Tuesday prevented another attempt by several hundred workers of this factory gathered in the Workers'
Resistance movement, from entering the factory and the management building.
The Workers Resistance also once again failed to obtain information from the Zastava management about the
salaries owed to the workers starting from 1997. "They are treating us like second-class citizens," a leader of the Workers
Resistance, Radisa Pavlovic, said adding that it is shameful how workers who built the plant are being treated.
