Live pigs surplus in Serbia
There some 10,000 to 20,000 surplus live pigs in Serbia. If the Government doesn't buy off this surplus, some producers will slay even sows.
That will cause a lack of pork in the next few months and consequently a huge growth in prices.
The current pork surplus is due to the weak buying power of domestic people and to the fact that there isn't any export of pork.
