Dijamant, cooking oil plant
The cooking oil factory Dijamant, located in Zrenjanin, produced 160,068 tons of different food oil products in 2002, 28.2% more than last year. Dijamant makes 35% of edible oil, 48% of margarine and 55% of total vegetable fats production in Serbia. This factory exports 20% of its production. For spring sowing Dijamant has contracted 53,000 ha of sunflowers and 20,000 ha of soybeans.
