Bankruptcy law in Serbian parliament in April
KOPAONIK - Serbian Minister for economy and privatization Aleksandar Vlahovic announced on Wednesday that a law on bankruptcy will be forwarded to the Serbian parliament in April.
Participating in the Kopaonik Business Forum 2003, Vlahovic said that a new law on bankruptcy will be in the procedure in April if talks on economic competencies between Serbia and Montenegro within the new state union are successful.
