Transition in Serbia did not live up to expectations, Djuricin
KOPAONIK - The depth and scope of the transition in Serbia, in the past two years, has not lived up to the expectations of the people, and within the future development of the Serbian economy it will be conditioned by world events, assessed on Tuesday participants in the meeting Kopaonik Business Forum 2003.
Opening the three-day meeting in Kopaonik, president of the Alliance of Economists of Serbia (SES) Dragan Djuricin said that in 2002 the GDP in Serbia was about 15 billion dollars, while the foreign debt was about 10 billion dollars.
