Reorganization of Simpo Company begins
VRANJE - The Vranje-based company Simpo has started its reorganization which is planned to include a setting up of 21 dependent companies and 10 profit centers, Director of the company's analysis and plan sector Budimir Mihajlovic has told Tanjug.
According to Mihajlovic, this will be achieved through a decentralization of business decision making and enabling the managements of dependent companies and profit centers to make their own decisions on income and expenses in keeping with the business policy of the Simpo company.
