Montenegrin government adopts privatization programme
PODGORICA - Tenders are being prepared in Montenegro for the selling of major companies, including the
Aluminum Plant in Podgorica, and a privatization programme envisages that property ownership be transformed in the public utility services, culture, education, sport and information services.
The Montenegrin government on Thursday adopted the privatization programme for 2003, which enables that tenders be issued for Podgorica
Aluminum and Tobacco Plants, Iron and Steel Works in Niksic and a number of hotel companies at the Montenegrin coast.
