Small hydro electric power plants
Kori Udovicki, Mining and Energy minister, announced that the future Energy Law will provide a clear, legal framework for private investors to invest in small hydro electric power plants (less than 5 mW). There will no be requirement to obtain a concession for the construction of small hydro electric power plants.
