B92 to sell 30 per cent of its public capital
BELGRADE - Broadcasting company Radio B92 will sell 70 per cent of
its public capital at a public auction scheduled for March 19 this
year.
Serbian Government’s Privatization Agency has passed a decision on
the form of this sale and has verified and accepted B92’s
privatization program.
As B92 is a mixed-capital company, 70 per cent of the public capital
that will be sold amounts 30.04 per cent of the company’s total
capital, said Radio B92.
