January retail prices in Serbia and Montenegro up by 0,8 percent
BELGRADE - Retail prices in Serbia and Montenegro were in January 2003 up by 9,8 percent on the previous month, Federal Statistics Bureau Assistant Director Dragi Stojiljkovic said on Thursday.
The prices of services rose by 2.7 percent, agricultural products 2.6 percent, spirits 0.5 percent, industrial non-foodstuffs 0.1 percent, while the prices of industrial foodstuffs were 0.5 percent down on December 2002, Stojiljkovic told the press.
