Bill on concessions envisages transparency, decentralization - Serbian foreign trade minister
BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Trade Minister Goran Pitic said Thursday that the bill on concessions envisages that all revenue from concessions will constitute public revenue, as concessions are given for assets and natural
resources owned by the Republic of Serbia.
Answering questions by reporters at the Serbian parliament which is debating the bill on concessions, Pitic said that any revenue from concessions would go to the budget, which means that its spending will be controlled by the parliament.
