Croatia's Agrocoop buys most of Frikom frozen food industry's capital
BELGRADE - Croatia's Agrocoop Concern and the PKB Frikom frozen food industry signed an agreement on the sale of 70 percent of Frikom's social capital (55.49 percent of the total capital) to Agrocoop and successfully completed a tender for the Belgrade enterprise, the Serbian
Privatization Agency said in a statement.
The contract was signed by Agrocoop management head Ivica Todorovic on behalf of the buyer, Frikom director Dusan Pavlovic on behalf of the seller and Agency director Mirko Cvetkovic.
