Today verification of agreement about ownership over 'Telecom'
Amsterdam - PTT Serbia general director Srdjan Blagojevic said that in Amsterdam today an agreement about purchase of 29 percent of shares of 'Telecom Serbia' would be definitely signed with representatives of 'Telecom Italia'.
'According to that agreement PTT Serbia will become owner of all 'Telecom Italia' shares in our 'Telecom'. The amount we are going to pay for that will be 195 million Euros', Blagojevic said.
