Decision made on selling sugar refinery to Greek partners
CRVENKA - The Crvenka Sugar Refinery's shareholder assembly decided on Tuesday to sell 70 percent of the company's capital to the Greek company Hellenic Sugar.
After several months of debates and uncertainty, it was decided that the Greek company should become the owner of 70 percent of capital of one of the largest Serbian sugar refineries.
