Experts in 'Zastava': Hope in successful cooperation with New Car Co.
Kragujevac - Although pre agreement between Zastava Cars and American New Car Co. has been signed four months ago, it is still uncertain whether Zastava is going to get a strategic partner until March 1 this year. According to pre agreement new company named Zastava Motor Works /ZMW/, would have New Car Co. as major owner with 80 per cent of capital.
'So far about 100 experts sent by New Car Co. have come here to see the factory, machines, facilities and staff. We are optimistic about their positive reports and we hope that 150 millions of Dollars will be invested in Zastava', Zoran Radojevic, Zastava General Director said.
