Montenegro not included in EU plans for energy, transport
PODGORICA - Montenegrin parliament Deputy Speaker Rifat Rastoder said Tuesday that Montenegro is not included in the European Union plans regarding energy and transport in southeastern Europe.
He told Radio Montenegro over the telephone from Zagreb, where he is attending a session of South East Europe Network of Parliamentarians on energy and transport infrastructure that he hopes that Montenegro will not remain excluded from EU initiatives in these sectors as seems to be the case at present.
