Dugalic says Russian debt has not been fully determined
BELGRADE - Acting Yugoslav Finance Minister Veroljub Dugalic said on Friday that the size of the former Soviet Union's clearing debt to the former Yugoslavia had not been fully determined and that a final agreement on the issue would be made at the next meeting in Belgrade in March.
These are claims under arrangements made in the 1980s and early 1990s, Dugalic told a news conference upon his return from Russia, adding that there were still a number of positions which should be mutually confirmed and that all documents on the debts should be
exchanged.
