Federal Parliament about Constitutional Charter on February 4
Belgrade - Both Houses of Yugoslav Parliament will have Constitutional Charter and Law on its implementation at their mutual session that will be held on February 4.
High EU representative for foreign policy and security Javier Solana is expected to come to Belgrade on February 6 within 'usual contacts that our country has with European Union', as Speaker in the House of Commons of federal Parliament Dragoljub Micunovic explained. According to his words the Constitutional Charter will be proclaimed a day or two earlier since the republican parliaments have accepted the Charter already and Micunovic is expecting the federal Parliament to do the same on February 4.
