Council of Europe Hails Adoption of Constitutional Charter
Stockholm - The highest representatives of CoE welcomed today in joint statement the adoption of Constitutional Charter in Belgrade and Podgorica parliaments. In their opinion, it would ‘lead to creation of community of Serbia and Montenegro’.
President of parliamentary assembly of the European Council, Peter Schieder, stated that the adoption of Charter in both parliaments was a condition that the CoE parliamentary assembly set on last September’s session about admission of Yugoslavia.
