OSCE Welcomes Adoption of Charter in Assemblies of Serbia and Montenegro
Belgrade - Head of OSCE mission to FRY, ambassador Maurizio Masari, welcomed today the adoption of the Constitutional Charter in assemblies of Serbia and Montenegro. He emphasized that OSCE expected soon proclamation of the Charter in federal parliament.
‘I am very satisfied that the Constitutional Charter and accompanying law for its implementation were passed by Serbian and Montenegrin assemblies. The road to Europe leads through the Constitutional Charter’, said Masari. In the statement of OSCE mission head it was stated that OSCE set several priorities for 2003 to aid the functional development of the new state of Serbia and Montenegro.
