Protocol signed on mutual debts
MOSCOW - Representatives of successor states of the SFRY and the Russian Federation have signed in Moscow, following three-day talks, a Protocol on mutual debts of the former SFRY and the former USSR, whose debts have been taken over by Russia, Acting Yugoslav Finance Minister Veroljub Dugalic, who headed the Yugoslav delegation, told Tanjug on Thursday.
The Protocol defines everything that is indisputable and takes note of everything that still needs to be checked, Dugalic said.
