Food, drinks cost less in Serbia in December
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Services Slobodan Milosavljevic said on Wednesday that in December last year the cost of utilities, PTT, transport and electricity rose, while the cost of food and drinks was reduced.
He said at a press conference that households had to pay 28.6 pct more for utilities, PTT, transport and electricity in December last year, compared to December 2001, 7.5 pct for nonfood products, while expenses for food and drinks have been reduced by 4.8 pct.
