Talks start on Russia's clearing debt to Yugoslavia
MOSCOW - Monday's talks between representatives of the former Yugoslav republics' national banks and Russia's Vnesheconombank focused on the determination of the exact amount of the former Soviet Union's debt to the former SFRY and the amount of the Yugoslav commercial debt to the Soviet Union, which, though small, exists.
Russia had taken over the former Soviet Union's obligations.
