Extradition procedure of Yugoslav bank owner suspended
BELGRADE – The extradition of the former owner of the Dafiment pyramid bank, Dafina Milanovic has been suspended due to the ambiguity of the extradition request submitted to the German judiciary.
Dafina Milanovic has been held in extradition custody in Germany since January 10, after Yugoslav authorities requested her extradition in order that she be tried in Belgrade for criminal acts committed by her bank in the early 1990s.
