Production in Novi Sad region rises by 6.4 percent
NOVI SAD - The industrial production in the region of Novi Sad increased by 6.4 percent in the 11-month period last year, when compared with the same period in 2001, representative of the local Novi Sad Chamber of Commerce, Dragan Lukac, told Tanjug on Wednesday.
The "increase is satisfactory, if we have in mind that in the same period, the industrial production in Serbia and Vojvodina had a two-percent-rate increase," Lukac said.
