Privatization Agency needs more authority
BELGRADE - The Serbian government has forwarded a Draft amendment to the Law on privatization to the parliament in order to make the privatization procedure more efficient and to create a better atmosphere for the process.
The government says that the Law on privatization, which has been in effect since July 2001, needs some innovations in keeping with the acquired experienced from the privatization process so far.
